A community you join on the record, not on a whim.
TerraNova is a membership community for people who want their belonging to mean something: a covenant that binds both sides, members who are who they say they are, and every dollar accounted for in public.
A two-way covenant
The pledge is countersigned by the organization. What we owe you is written down beside what you owe the community.
Verified members
Every member verifies their identity once, through Stripe. We hold a yes or no — never your documents.
A public ledger
Contributions in, spending out, published as they happen. Nothing about the money is private to the board.
How joining works
Four steps, in this order.
You create an account first, so you can stop partway and pick up where you left off. Identity is verified before any money changes hands.
- 01
Read and sign the covenant
The pledge runs both ways. Read it in full, then sign.
- 02
Verify your identity
A one-time check with Stripe. We never see or store your documents.
- 03
Tell us about yourself
Background and interests — this is what places you in a circle.
- 04
Choose your contribution
Monthly or founding. Cancel anytime from your portal.
Membership is a contribution, not a subscription.
Contributions fund land, tools, and the work of the circles — and every one of them shows up in the ledger. Membership runs month to month, and you can end it yourself, from your own portal, without asking anyone.
